Grief is love with nowhere to go.
The loss of your loved one has left you feeling confused and deeply saddened.
Whether you have experienced the death of a spouse, sibling, parent, friend, child, or even a pet, it feels as if half of your heart is missing.
They are gone. It was not supposed to be this way. The pain is relentless and unyielding.
Feelings can change by the minute.
Just when you start to feel a little better, something reminds you of them.
You end up thinking back to the last time you spoke with them or saw them alive, and your grief starts all over again.
You are afraid you’ll never feel “okay” again.
We live in a grief-illiterate society.
Grief is uncomfortable.
Those around you don’t want to feel that discomfort and try to “get you out of it” as soon as possible.
However, you can’t rush grief.
I will meet you wherever you are with kindness and compassion.
To heal, you must feel.
Sharing your loss can make the grieving process feel less isolating. You are not alone.
I would be honored to work with you through these intense emotions in a safe space.
The path to healing is through feeling.
My approach and technique.
Grief needs to be witnessed and seen. Pretending it isn’t there won’t change anything. Learn a mind/body/spirit approach to compassionately allow sadness and anger to move through you.
Embracing these exercises and techniques will help release struggle and allow space for new insights, peace, appreciation, love, and forgiveness.
This transformative movement practice emphasizes emotional release and not physical flexibility.
How I help.
When the outside world is out of control, the grief movement helps you feel grounded and centered. Grief needs to move.
Through our work together, you can get to a place where you feel more love and joy, while also honoring and celebrating their memory.
I am here to walk with you on this journey. Call or text now to get started.
